Hydrated Sleep
Dehydration sabotages sleep
Dehydration can lead to “sleep-disruptive snoring, nocturnal leg cramps” and “can compromise your alertness, energy, and cognitive performance the following day”.
According to the Sleep Foundation, hydration plays a vital role in getting a good night’s sleep and having happy, productive days. Good night time hydration requires an all-day ‘little and often’ hydration strategy which also reduces the chances of needing a night time trip to the bathroom.
Men and women need differing levels of water over the course of a day with women needing approximately 91 ounces daily from beverages and foods, and men needing about 125 ounces.
Too many people either don’t drink water near bedtime or worse, down a pint before bedtime. The SleepWell glass is created to bring some common sense to night-time hydration in a glass that’s the perfect size for bedtime holding 32cl of water.
You deserve to SleepWell.
